Breast Cancer Navigation Program

The Breast Cancer Navigation Program is part of the Office of Wellness Navigation (OWN) at the Mercer County Health Department. The goal of this program is to reduce barriers that the women of Mercer County face in obtaining preventative healthcare. We partner with community organizations to navigate patients toward resources and programs to meet their needs. In doing so, we are working to simplify the healthcare system, improve health outcomes, and bridge the gap between what is asked of patients and the resources they currently have to meet their health needs.
