Immunizations
Child and Adult Vaccination clinics are on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please call the Mercer County Health Department at 309-582-3759 to schedule an appointment. We accept private and state-funded insurance. You will need to provide your insurance information when you check in for appointments.

Walk-in flu clinics are M, T, W, and TH from 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM. Occasionally, a nurse will not be available for walk-ins. In the rare event this happens, we will try to update the public via our Facebook page.

Mercer County Health Department participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program. This program was established by Congress in 1994 in response to measles outbreaks in 1989-1991. The program provides all recommended childhood vaccines against 19 different diseases at no cost to eligible children and helps ensure all U.S. children are protected from life-threatening diseases.
